Delivery times in Italy are 1-3 working days, in Europe 5-7 working days.
Calculated after the 24 hours needed to prepare the order.

For shipments in Italy we use GLS and BRT. European shipments Fedex

You will receive a shipping notification via email with the tracking number and the link to follow it in real time.

Returns and Refunds

You can return the item within 14 days of receiving the order and the return is at the customer's expense.

You can request a return in your account page or by sending an email to info@sunglasses.shop indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

PLEASE NOTE:

the product must be returned as received. For example, the product must be returned complete with tag, box, accessories, etc.

The product must never have been used or washed. If after our quality control the product should present defects, the return will not be accepted nor will a refund be made.

MY ACCOUNT

To change your address, password and email you must enter your account and then in the “ACCOUNT DETAILS” and/or “ADDRESSES” section and here select the data to be changed.

Sunglasses.Shop does not use access passwords, but a temporary code that will be sent to you by email every time you want to access.

Orders

For any changes or cancellation requests, it is necessary to write an email within 2 hours of placing the order at the following address: info@sunglasses.shop

We will respond to your requests within 24 hours.

On the site we only display all the sizes available in stock. If you do not find a specific size listed, it means that it is not actually available in stock.

You can pay with the following methods:

– Cash on delivery, in cash directly to the courier who delivers the package (extra cost of €4.99).
Valid only for orders up to €400.
Valid only on orders shipped to Italy.
