Refund policy

In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The returned product must be intact, undamaged, not used or washed, with the original label and box if provided.

You can request a return from your account page or by sending an email to customer service at info@sunglasses.shop including your order number and reason for the return.

The refund in case of return will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned item. The refund does not include any additional fees paid (shipping).

For shipments to countries that do not use the euro (€) as their local currency, additional costs for currency conversion may apply. These costs will be borne by the customer and calculated based on the policies of the payment provider or the bank used.

Order cancellations are only allowed before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
