Shipping will be carried out after payment has been received.

Delivery times may vary if the recipient’s address is in a remote area and/or on an island.

Delivery punctuality may also be affected by factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or the inability of our couriers to reach the recipient at the delivery address provided during checkout due to incomplete or incorrect information.

We do our best to ensure that orders are delivered within the expected timeframes, but on rare occasions, there may be delays, especially during busy periods (such as sales and holidays).

Any delays or missed deliveries by the courier are not directly attributable to LDA FASHION SRL.

We will do our best to keep you updated regarding delivery, and you will still be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided on the courier’s website.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, only to physical addresses.
